One-on-one personal Training sessions
These are 60 minute sessions with your trainer. You can purchase 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24 sessions per month. We also offer 30 minute sessions with your trainer. You can also purchase 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24 sessions per month.
This package allows for you and your trainer to sit down and evaluate your eating habits. They will go over your food choices and advice you on healthier food choices. They can also help create a menu for you and your family. Eating healthy is JUST as important as working out when you are trying to reach your health and fitness goals.
Group Training Classes
These classes are 30 minutes long. These classes can be purchased in 4, 8, 12, or 16 classes per month. The current classes that are offered are Yoga, Boot Camp, and 2 Legit 2 Quit circuit training, and many other classes!
